The cueclub to website link is being a bit flakey so I temporarily disabled it. Its not broken but it is hanging web pages and potentially putting stress on the charging system. Rather than have it self-destruct we've taken it down. It will be back.

Portal 2

Portal 2, the sequel to Portal, is now installed and playable on the computers. For those who dont know, Portal is a first person puzzle game where a player makes a pair of interspacial portals then steps through one portal and comes out the other. Portal 2 introduces tractor beams, bounce gel, speed gel and lasers. You can either play as Chell in single player or team up with a mate and play as either P-Body or Atlas. Choice of character makes no difference to gameplay. While one is tall and skinny and the other short and fat, the portals work the same for each of them. GlaDos makes a comeback, as evil computers always do, and you also meet Wheatly, a somewhat nervous robot who wants to help you escape the Aperture Science Lab.

Portal 2 is a great game for younger players as it has no age restriction and some darling characters however it will also suit you if you like a good puzzle. I played it single player, Jonathan and I played it co-op and I know of some staff who played it through also.
